Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATIONS AND RECEIPTS:
We advise you to print off the summary of your order that will be shown on your screen. You will also be sent an e-mail confirming your order.

COMPLAINTS:
Should you feel you have any reason to make a complaint please contact us here. Any complaints made will be acknowledged as soon as they are received and dealt with accordingly. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Any complaint and/or claim for faulty or damaged goods or goods with components missing must be made to the company within 24 hours of the arrival of the delivery.

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS
Notice of non-delivery of goods must be sent to the Company within 14 days of the date of placement of order. (Please note that no claim will be accepted unless this procedure is adhered to within the time limits specified). The Company cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods in the case of war, strike, lock out, natural disaster or force majeure.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
On delivery, once goods have been signed for by the Customer or the Customer's representative, they are deemed to have been accepted in accordance with the Customer's requirements. Acceptance of the goods deems acceptance in full of the terms and conditions of sale of the Company.

SPECIFICATION OF GOODS, IMAGES AND COLOURS
The Company will use its best endeavour to supply goods to the same style, colour and specification as previously supplied, but may at any time, due to problems in the supply of raw materials or manufacturing or delivery problems, change (without notice) the style, colour and specification, save to say the goods will be of the same merchantable quality. We make every effort to ensure the product images and colour representations on our site are a fair representation of the actual products and colours. Please note there may occasionally be slight variations in colour due to the nature of the lighting used in the imagery.

The Company reserves the right to discontinue any of its products or remove them from sale without notice.

In accordance with the Trades Description Act 1968, all measurements and capacities specified are approximate.


TITLE OF OWNERSHIP Passing of Property
The full legal ownership of the goods will not pass from the Company until the Customer has pre-paid to the Company the whole of all sums due to the Company under any contract between the Company and the Customer.

PRICE LIST
The Company reserves the right to alter its on-line retail prices at any time without notice.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with a product or you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date you receive the order, we will then inform you of the address to which you will need to return it.

THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF GOODS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION IN WRITING FROM THE COMPANY OR THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE, FOLLOWING INSPECTION OF THE GOODS AT THE CUSTOMER'S PREMISES. 

In the first instance please notify us using our contact form or our general e-mail addresses. We will then issue you with an address to return the goods. Any unauthorised returns will be redirected back to the sender and any charges incurred will be to the account of the Customer. Any goods, which the Company authorises for return, must have enclosed the relevant paperwork quoting the Invoice number under which the goods were supplied.
The onus for proof of delivery of returned goods lies with the sender. Only authorised returned goods which are received at the Company's offices correctly packaged can be considered for credit.
Accepted Returns after the 30 days have elapsed from receipt of delivery, other than faulty merchandise, or the wrong quantity or type of goods dispatched, will be subject to a 15% handling charge of the original invoice, payable in advance by credit card

If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there may be a pre-payable charge of £6 - £20 depending on the size and weight of an item. We will then advise you of the delivery address on which to address the goods and we will advise you of a date that the courier will call to collect from you.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. Due to the volume of orders being dispatched and items being returned, it may take 5 - 7 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive at our premises.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.


We will refund unused items, in their original condition, however we cannot refund any original carriage charges (for mainland UK orders on standard service this is £4.50 inc VAT). All products on our website include free delivery for orders over £50.00 in value, within mainland UK only, however, products returned against orders that included free delivery will be subject to a refund of the order value minus £4.50 (inc VAT) following their return and inspection.

In special cases, where some customers request a guaranteed next day service (when this is possible at the time and having been agreed), there is an additional carriage surcharge, which is non-refundable if the order is returned.
Personalised goods (such as those being embossed with a company logo) are non-returnable/non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing fault.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Any complaint and/or claim for faulty goods or goods damaged in transit must be made to the Company and the Carriers within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Confirmation of the complaint and/or claim must be sent in writing to the Company and the Carriers to arrive within 5 days of the date of delivery. (Please note that no claim will be accepted unless this procedure is adhered to within the time limits specified).

GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund. You will be refunded the cost of returning the item if it is a genuine manufacturers fault as agreed by the manufacturer. Our manufacturer’s warranty period is 12 months.

AIRLINE DAMAGE AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISHANDLING
BAGS4ALL.CO.UK strongly recommends that you examine your luggage carefully upon arrival, before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling is not covered by your manufacturer’s warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BAGS4ALL.CO.UK, AS OUTLINED ABOVE, SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER CONDITIONS OF SALE OR CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AS ISSUED BY THE CUSTOMER. NO ALTERATION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY UNLESS AGREED BY A DULY AUTHORISED OFFICER OF THE COMPANY IN WRITING. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRICES OR ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER BY THE COMPANY OR THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE IS DEEMED TO BE TOTAL ACCEPTANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The term "Company" refers to BAGS4ALL.CO.UK and any of its associates and subsidiaries.
