DELIVERY & RETURNS
a) DELIVERY
FREE Delivery is applicable to all UK Mainland shipping addresses.
Non-UK: For orders outside of the UK, a standard default surcharge of £45.00 will be added, to cover additional shipping costs, although this may be higher depending upon the final destination, the quantity of products ordered and the total weight. For UK-Non-Mainland addresses, a carriage cost of £10.00 will apply.
We aim to dispatch our products within 1-4 working days of receipt of your confirmed order.
For small items such as our wallets and card holders, delivery is by recorded delivery Royal Mail, whereas all other products are sent in cartons by courier service (usually City Link). Our couriers require a signature on delivery, as proof of delivery; however if nobody is in to collect, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order.
If preferable, you may have items delivered to your place of work.
Currently, orders placed on Bags4All can only be automatically dispatched to addresses within the United Kingdom (without additional charges being required) but for a quotation for delivery to a non-UK address, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page with your delivery address, or simply BUY on-line and we will contact you to advise of any further costs necessary before we can dispatch the order.
b) RETURNS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF GOODS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION IN WRITING FROM THE COMPANY OR THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE, FOLLOWING INSPECTION OF THE GOODS AT THE CUSTOMER'S PREMISES.
Any unauthorised returns will be redirected back to the sender and any charges incurred will be to the account of the customer. Any goods, which the Company authorises for return, must have enclosed the relevant paperwork quoting the order number under which the goods were supplied.
The onus for proof of delivery of returned goods lies with the sender. Only authorised returned goods which are received at the Company's offices correctly packaged can be considered for credit.
Accepted Returns after the 30 days have elapsed from receipt of delivery, other than faulty merchandise, or the wrong quantity or type of goods dispatched, will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there may be a pre-payable charge of £6 - £20 depending on the size and weight of an item. We will then advise you of the delivery address on which to address the goods and we will advise you of a date that the courier will call to collect from you.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. Due to the volume of orders being dispatched and items being returned, it may take 5 - 7 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive at our premises. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.
In special cases, where some customers request a guaranteed next day service on their order (when this is possible at the time and having been agreed), there is an additional carriage surcharge when buying, which is non-refundable if the order is returned. Personalised goods (such as those being embossed with a company logo) are non-returnable/non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing fault which is covered by the warranty.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Any complaint and/or claim for faulty goods or goods damaged in transit must be made to the Company and the Carriers within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Confirmation of the complaint and/or claim must be sent in writing to the Company and the Carriers to arrive within 5 days of the date of delivery. (Please note that no claim will be accepted unless this procedure is adhered to within the time limits specified).
GUARANTEE If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund. You will be refunded the cost of returning the item (if agreed in writing prior to the return, otherwise we can arrange a courier collection) only if it is a genuine manufacturing fault, as agreed by the manufacturer. Our manufacturer’s warranty period is 12 months, although some products have a longer warranty period, which will be stated on the swing tag.
